Xin Ren serves FRIENDS as Manager, Constituents and Partnerships. Xin was, for nearly 6 years, the head of Operations and Visitor Services at the Chinese American Museum DC. Previously, she held roles in operations and visitor services at the Smithsonian's Air and Space Museum, Natural History Museum, and the African American Museum. She is a graduate of George Mason University. Xin lives in Maryland and grew up in the Washington area. At FRIENDS, Xin plays a pivotal, hands-on role in coordinating, executing administrative functions, as well as program responsibilities relating to stakeholders. One of her key tasks is getting our CRM (constituents database) platform up and running to handle donor information management and acknowledgement, email communications, social media, management, and stakeholder interaction.
