Jeffrey is a Co-founder and the Policy Director at Make Us Visible (MUV), an education-based nonprofit empowering local communities to advocate for the inclusion of Asian American history in K-12 classrooms. MUV has passed 6 laws across 4 states over 3 years and includes 24 active state chapters.
Prior to MUV, Jeffrey spearheaded the unanimous passage of a bipartisan bill that lowered the barriers to reporting for student survivors of sexual misconduct as Legislative Director at the Every Voice Coalition Connecticut. In previous roles, Jeffrey managed teams on local and state-wide political campaigns, interned for a political committee in Washington D.C., and researched the prevalence of Asian American history in K-12 curricula across the 50 states.
Jeffrey serves as an AAPI Commissioner for NY State, a Board Member for Guttman Community College CUNY, and an anti-Asian Violence Taskforce Member for the Asian American Bar Association of NY. Studying in New York City, London, and Washington D.C., he earned his BA in Economics and Public Policy from NYU in 2022.
